The manager of specialty pharmacy, behavioral health is responsible for leading, managing and performing functions related to behavioral health pharmacy initiatives at Community Care Behavioral Health Organization and UPMC Health Plan. This position will lead organizational efforts to plan and successfully implement psychiatric based medication initiatives. This position is responsible for overall management of behavioral health pharmacy initiatives within Community Care Behavioral Health Organization, development of strategic plan for behavioral health initiatives for Community Care and for implementation strategies, and improvement opportunities through analysis of pharmacy data for all Community Care enrollees. A bachelors of science in pharmacy along with licensure as a pharmacist in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or eligibility for licensure by examination or reciprocity is required.
