Create and manage all communications with CLO's and field advocates regarding Sales, Marketing and CEC. - Manage operational metrics for advocate team; and prepare and manage operations reviews. - Act as CEC Point Of Contact within SLS; responsible for working with CEC team on requirements and within SLS to develop and manage SLS deliverables through to completion. - Manage learning catalog. - Ensure courses are EOL'd and follow a learning product lifecycle. - Design and implement standards for naming and numbering courses and accreditations across the sales, marketing and CEC curriculum. - Create a maintenance plan for all content within all curricula. - Ensure that maintenance plan is implemented within Design and Development. - Work under direction of Sales and Marketing director to create and maintain an annual curriculum plan that meets goals and aligns to MRP budget. - Represent Director of sales and marketing amongst CLO organizations.
