Ensure that maintenance plan is implemented within Design and Development. - Work under direction of Sales and Marketing director to create and maintain an annual curriculum plan that meets goals and aligns to MRP budget. - Represent Director of sales and marketing amongst CLO organizations. - Drive key presentations, communications and reports. - Act as change manager within SLS. - Ensure Sales University is understood, supported and adopted within SLS field. - Act as the advocate for SLS customer product learning needs. - Work with Director of Sales and Marketing, Sr. Manager of Instructional Design and Development and Sr. Program Manager for Sales on the creation of roadmaps and curricula. - Work with Global, Regional and GEM Chief Learning Officers on communication of curricula, learning paths and Sales University Program status. - Partner closely with Program Manager for Sales University to coordinate communications. Requirements: - A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in field of study of Communication, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Business, Sales, Marketing, Instructional Design is required. - 6+ years of experience providing senior program management in sales, learning, organizational operations or equivalent experience. - Curriculum and learning / organizational program management experience.
