Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Leads a core team of sales or marketing business partners to design accreditations and learning paths for sales or marketing job roles. - Leads the identification of performance issues and develops learning and other solutions to improve performance. - Acts in leadership role to implement Sales or Marketing University programs, initiate pilot programs and support Sun Learning Services (SLS) with voice of the client activities. - Prepares, contributes and/or presents executive reports, briefings, presentations and results of employee and partner learning strategic issues. - Manages employee and partner learning team meetings, agendas, wiki sites, development roadmaps, action items and facilitates virtual and face to face meetings in a timely and efficient manner. - Presents requirements for solutions to learning design and development team. - Proactive in managing quality issues, and escalates appropriately to ensure quality of Sales/Marketing University programs satisfies or exceeds client's requirements Key Interfaces. - Work with Sr. Sales/Marketing executives or representative to identify performance gaps and solutions. - Engage with sales leadership and management to ensure quality learning outcomes that impact performance are accomplished Prefer candidate located in Broomfield, CO or Menlo Park, CA. Requirements: - A Bachelors degree or equivalent is required in Business, Sales, Instructional Design, or Related Field. - 10+ years of experience providing senior program management in sales, learning, organizational operations or equivalent experience. - Team-oriented individual, with excellent interpersonal skills. Strong written, verbal, and cultural communication skills.
