Manages the care coordination of the injured employee. Assesses occupational injured employee?s condition completes drug screen testing evaluates the results from the care administered and educates employees as appropriate about the nature of care and treatment of the employee?s injury.3. Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary team members in providing care for the injured employee.4. Instructs new employees during Hospital Orientation on the Baylor Safe Choice Program.5. Liaison between injured employee adjuster and department manager6. Documents pertinent information regarding treatment activities and outcomes in the automated computerized record (STARS).
