DESCRIPTION:Ā The successful candidate will have 5-10 years of experience using construction insurance to strategically manage the financial risk on heavy-industrial construction projects.Ā Preferably, experience will have been gained at a company with construction projects located in multiple states, where the workforce has been comprised of direct employees, contractors and sub-contractors.Ā Ā Alternatively, experience at a construction insurance company will also be highly regarded. Ā RESPONSIBILITIES: Review project contract language, anticipate potential liabilities and use various insurance tools to manage financial risk on project construction sites.Ā Ā Maintain our compliance with state and federal construction insurance requirements.
