Manages all aspects of the most sensitive, highly visible and comprehensive corporate projects. Negotiates project objectives and direction with senior level Corporate managers. Projects vary in scope and duration. Additional External Job Posting Information Manages and provides oversight of the claims litigation process. In partnership with Corp Legal, develops the process for determining which claims should be litigated and the appropriate litigation level. Communicates effectively with the regions to develop and implement litigation processes. Focuses on ALAE costs to minimize exposure and balance loss and expense. Bachelor\'s degree plus 7-10 years of progressively more responsible work experience, preferably in insurance. MBA and/or CPCU preferred. Advanced analytical and problem solving skills. Outstanding skill in using a variety of analytical software to facilitate analysis. Knowledge of bodily injury claims operations. Superior communication and project management skills. Exceptional influencing skills to lead projects with participants who are not directly managed by incumbent.
