Directs and oversees assigned product area - Automobile Physical Damage Appraisal Operation to ensure programs, standards, policies and procedures support overall department goals and objectives. Provides expertise and consultation to Home Office and Field operations. Additional External Job Posting Information Bachelor's degree or equivalent training required. Masters degree, CPCU preferred. Minimum of 7-10 years of progressively more responsible related experience to include Claims management experience. Expert technical knowledge in Automobile Damage Assessment as well as interdepartmental relationships. Familiarity with state and government regulations which relate to the Claims Department. Proven analytical and communications skills in order to provide analysis, consultation, training and serve as a Company representative
