Job Description:
The candidate will work closely with IT-IM, Information Delivery customers, actuaries, and other Commercial Lines Customers. Responsibilities include all aspects of overseeing a large project strategy setting, project and resource management, communications, as well as hands-on participation in requirement, design, and testing phases. This role will have at least 3 dedicated reports (including contractors) and will also coordinate a large number of shared staff. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: Ideal candidate would possess experience with data warehousing and decision support systems Prior supervisory experience or experience leading large matrixed teams is required Project management experience desired Candidate should demonstrate ability to operate in a hands-on managerial capacity, with a working knowledge of the data/functions supported by this data store Ability to work effectively with both business and technical communities Strong business acumen combined with technical expertise The candidate should have exceptional interpersonal, collaborative skills
