That means efficiently operating and maintaining our fleet of trucks, and practicing safe and responsible work habits that protect our employees, customers and theenvironment.We have a Customer Service Supervisor position open in Baltimore, Maryland.The Customer Service Supervisor supervises and coordinates activities of customer service department and customer service representatives. Directs the work of customer service representatives.Directly responsible for supervision of employees, including hiring, scheduling, corrective action and other related issues. Sets performance standards to meet or exceed service goals.Resolves customer service issues that have been escalated form CSRs or division supervisors.Assists staff with their needs, resolves concerns and difficulties.Leads and motivates team to meet company-wide service goals.Analyzes and understands customer service trends based on complaints, secret shopper and other reports.Coaches CSRs to provide excellent customer service to all customers.Responds effectively and courteously to customer service inquiries, requests or complaints.Works effectively with customers, vendors, peers, and management.Runs various reports and reviews results with division management.Performs other job-related duties as assigned.Interested candidates should submit resumes and salary requirements by July 9, 2008. Requirements Required Qualification: Equivalent of (1) high school diploma or G.E.D certification and 2 years call center or customer service experience; OR (2) 5 years call center or customer service experience. Preferred Qualification: One year supervisory or lead experience.One year experience with Allied Waste procedures, products and services.
