Aligns needs of business operations to utilize information systems and processes to improve efficiency across multiple regions or SBUs. Manages technology refreshes and strategic direction for computer hardware and software systems. Trend analysis and efficient resolution for end-user computing problems across multiple regions or SBUs. Required Skills: - Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or related field- 10+ years IT experience and 6 years management experience- 5+ years experience managing / supporting large scale systems across multiple sites- Extensive project and resource management experience, project management methodologies- Experience in developing and managing to service level agreements- Experience leading in a shared services environment- Experience in managing a support organization spanning multiple time zones, countries- Experience in leading applications initiatives in a COTS (Commercial off the shelf) environment- Experience in leading virtual/international teams- Excellent presentation and communication skills- Exposure to acquisition and delivery of international systems and services About DataMasters: DataMasters is a professional services firm specializing in Information Technology.
