Must have someone with recent and significant experience managing a personal quota selling online advertising to executives at advertising agencies and/or brand managers at big brands. -- Must already have significant experience closing deals with executives at advertising agencies and/or brand managers at big brands. -- Prefer candidates with a history of quota achievement. -- Need a hunter who will be hands-on and can just roll up their sleeves and get the job done. Need someone who is experienced at driving the process from start to finish. Need someone who can drive the deal from initiating the dialogue, to managing the process, to negotiating the terms, and closing the agreement. However, need someone that is comfortable asking for help and bringing in other members of the team to help close the deal when necessary.
