Job Description:
* Implement calculations using customized Web Service based on Microsoft Sharepoint 2007 and Excel Services.
* Implement financial planning web-based software in .NET 2.0.
* Implement reports using Microsoft Performance Point Server or similar dynamic reporting tool.
* Implement data imports from other systems into financial planning system.
* Design and implement SQL Server database changes to support complex financial calculations, history, workflow and reporting needs.
* Develop unit tests for .NET 2.0 code.
* Re-factor existing .NET 2.0 code-base.
* Participate in team code reviews.
* Participate in deploying and managing agile builds.
* Participate in Scrum process.
* Skillfully utilize Visual Studio IDE and VM source code control system.
* Participate in a team-based environment, contributing effectively and creatively to each sprint.
Job Requirements:
* 8 years experience with and direct use of a bug tracking tool for software development
* 8 years experience with and direct use of a source code management tool for software development
* 8 years Object-oriented design and development expertise
* 5 years experience with Microsoft .NET 1.0 and 2.0, Microsoft Enterprise Libraries, MVC framework, C#, .and ASP development
* 5 years experience with developing within an agile software development process
* 4 years experience and skill in mentoring and leading other members of software team
* 3 years experience with NUnit or other unit-testing framework for .NET
* 3 years experience with NHibernate or other tool that provides .NET object persistence in a relational database
* 3 years Test-driven development experience.
* 3 years eExperience and skill in integrating new changes into existing codebase
* 2 years experience Querying and developing procedures to query Microsoft SQL Server 2005 with Transact-SQL statements
* 2 years Developing and deploying web-based 3-tier software applications (business layer, user interface, and database) in Visual Studio 2005 and SQL Server 2005 through the entire software lifecycle experience
* 2 years experience with Ajax, Javascript.
* 6 months Crystal Reports implementation experience
* 4 years Relational database design skills
* 3 years experience Financial formula integration with SQL Databases
* 3 years experience Developing with Scrum and XP agile development methodologies
* 2 years experience with SQL Comparison Tool
* Strong experience with Excel 2003 and Excel 2007
* Certification Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (provide current Microsoft certification #)
* Skill in learning an existing code base very quickly and to contribute positively to team productivity within the first sprint.
* Skill in communicating in an excellent manner with the team and Product Owner using both oral and written communication methods.
* Development using automated build process for sprint releases
* Experience working with a Product Owner to create User Stories and developing software collaboratively with Product Owner and the software Team
* REQUIRED *
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science (must name accredited university that degree was earned at, city and state of university location and be prepared to provide applicant transcripts if selected for interview)
8 years experience Following coding standards, code reviews, and using code analysis tools for continuous improvement
