Job Description:
As a correspondent lender, we control the entire loan process, in-house, from start to finish. As a correspondent lender we work with such companies: CitiMortgage, Countrywide, Chase, GMAC, Suntrust, and Wells Fargo. In addition, we work with over 100 wholesale lenders. Since 1998, we have funded over 70,000 loans for over $3 billion. Job Description: Prospect new customers through networking and phone solicitation. Loan officer's will be provided 4 REAL TIME LEADS per day. Initiate application utilizing Calyx Point, determine qualifying product utilizing DU and product search engine, complete sale. Obtain necessary documentation from prospect to complete process. Keep borrower informed throughout loan process. Requirements: Motivated, High Energy, Excellent Communication Skills, Excellent Persuasive Skills, Can-Do Attitude, Knowledge of Calyx Point/ Mortgage Industry
