Job Description: Essential Job Functions Proactively recruit, train and lead a team of up to 4 Field Mortgage Originators. Personally originate a minimum of $1,000,000.00 per month in new mortgage loans. Coach each loan officer on your team to originate an average minimum of $600,000 p/m; $3,000,000 p/m for the team. Meet or exceed your personal goals and coach to exceed the team goals. Identify and present market specific needs. Develop plan to increase market share. Conduct a monthly review of actual team performances against plan, include actions to improve. Coach to superior quality customer service by use of survey results and personal monitoring. Participate in assigned production meetings. Document and share best practices. Develop and act on individual performance plans through DHP – your own and for every team member. Properly manage expenses as outlined.
Job Requirements: Required Skills Minimum 4 years of 1st Mortgage production experience. Bachelor’s degree a plus. Verified previous income in the mortgage sales industry. Preferred Skills Proven leadership experience demonstrated by a motivated sales team. Excellent sales skills, communication skills, and demonstrated teaching ability. Excellent math and analytical skills. Innovative thinking that provides solutions to problems and issues on a global and micro level. Working knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, TIL regulations, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, RESPA regulations, local and state real estate and finance laws.
