RESPONSIBILITIES The executive position will be responsible for diverse accounting, reporting and financial/analytical functions of a multi-faceted portfolio that includes commercial, residential, hospitality and retail projects. Will provide direction and management to the organization's fiscal function. Build, develop and manage the financial team. Oversees the annual budget process, strategic planning and analysis. Provides timely financial reports and financial trends to assist the CEO, board and other executives. Ensures proper control/standards are maintained. Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues. Act as advisor on any contracts into which the organization may enter. Stays abreast of trends and regulations to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
