SENIOR MANAGER, FINANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:• Manage a rolling financial planning and budgeting system for third party developers in concert with global Product Development financial and budgeting systems. • Directly manage a team consisting of up to three Financial Analysts/Senior Financial Analysts.• Liaise effectively with European production units, US production units and Asia Pacific production units in order to gather data and deliver financial results and reports specifically related to third party projects.• Identify, analyze and implement financial reporting processes and procedures for third party development. Review and improve said processes on a continuous basis as they relate to global PD financial reporting. • Drive key PD stakeholders (e.g. Executive Producers) to adhere to established budgets yet demonstrate flexibility to course correct as business needs dictate.• Collaborate with PD finance and DIS finance team to deliver the PD element of the product P/L Track changes and improve the process on an ongoing basis.• Serve as business partner to PD leadership in managing high-level financials for prospective and in-process third party projects. EDUCATION:Minimum BA, MBA strongly preferred.
