MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY Provide guidance in financial modeling for West acquisition targets; developing business case assumptions related to sales, pricing, revenue and cost synergies. Support the Business Development team with acquisition modeling and provide financial recommendations. Work closely with Integration team to efficiently and effectively transition the acquired company into West. Lead process improvement efforts that enhance quality, business practices and productivity within acquired business. Prepare the Plan, Mid Year, LE's, and other required presentations for the VP Business Operations. Establish and maintain an environment that optimizes team performance. Work on a variety of special projects and ad hoc analysis and reporting as requested by senior management. RESPONSIBILITY FOR WORK OF OTHERS May lead cross-functional teams in various areas of the business development process, including research, business case modeling, due diligence and integration. Team of 3 finance professionals that report to position. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting required with 7 years experience. Experience with financial modeling. Broad knowledge and experience in business case analysis Strong interpersonal & communications skills. Highly motivated with ability to drive results.
