Skills/Requirements The primary responsibilities for a Body Shop Manager include developing a working knowledge of all Lithia Standards for your Department, and being able to train on those standards. Must have working knowledge of our ADP computer system, and be able to open and close repair orders. Ensure that your staff offers a friendly and timely greeting, fulfillment of commitments, and follow-up with every guest. Ensure that every worker understands his / her job duties. Ensure that each estimator can explain, in a professional manner, each estimate written. Develop and train a repair order tracking and follow-up system for each estimator. Body Shop Managers must have the ability to run, read, understand and train on ADP Functions.
