Job Summary Performs a variety of construction duties including on large-scale construction projects working under general supervision of construction manager. Coordinates daily planning, scheduling and projects. Oversees quality and safety for construction crew. Primary Duties and Responsibilities · Assure projects are ready including reviewing project plans for completeness, coordinating project schedules with customers' requests, and performing field audits. · Confirm all required resources and materials are available and ready regarding scheduled jobs. · Review material and resource requirements, check in equipment, write and receive Non-Conformance Report (NCR). · Issue field instructions and inform construction manager of any potential changes or corrective action to be taken. · Attend construction and customer meetings, document and follow up with construction manager to ensure any appropriate corrective action is addressed when needed. · Serve as a central point of contact regarding projects working with internal/external customers. Collaborate with manager and audit projects for safety, quality, on time completion and within budget.
