Job Description:
- Works as part of the clinical project team to contribute to efficient management of clinical investigative sites
- Schedule weekly teleconferences with clinical sites and vendors
- Schedule safety data review meetings on a weekly basis
- Liaise with CROs and study monitors
- Assist with internal document control activities
- Facilitate and track internal document approval
- Provide internal groups with study data as requested
- Assist with development of Trial Master File
- Monitor trial vaccine supplies and other trial required supplies
- Assist with planning site visits including preparation of slides
- Reports to Clinical Research Manager
- TRAVEL NOT REQUIRED

Job Requirements:
- BS in biological science/nursing/pharmacy
- One year of clinical research experience with clinical trials REQUIRED
- Computer literacy with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Good problem solving abilities
- Good planning, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work within a project team
