Assist in the implementation and management of a common ERP and MIS system. Understand the business and establish the metrics and reporting mechanisms required for management to stay ahead of the business. Reporting of company performance to the board of directors. Put in place and manage internal financial controls. preferably in the construction or service industry. Extensive experience with capital markets through involvement in VC financing. Detailed knowledge of bank financing and related legal parameters. Familiarity with M&A due diligence procedures and payment structures. Experience in working as a liaison with lead investor CFO (European a plus) Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Operationally focused; understands what is required to grow a business and can prioritize accordingly. Accepts the fun, challenge and responsibility of being in a senior management position in company where sales grow faster than company infrastructure. Good people skills, able to manage, motivate and discipline if necessary.
