The position acts as a liaison between the Accounting Department, Finance Department, Controllers, and Senior Management. It manages and provides leadership for the Unit Controllers, ensures timely completion of financial statements, monitors established internal procedures and controls, recommends improvements as appropriate, continually assesses the present and future financial status of the company, and communicates with shareholders on a regular basis.
