Experience in corporate tax research, consulting and compliance in a professional services firm or industry leader is required - experience in real estate is preferred. Candidate must be highly motivated and interested in taking the initiative for personal growth and development. Candidate must have a demonstrated ability to identify tax consulting opportunities and a willingness to aggressively market services to existing and prospective clients. Client service orientation combined with creative problem solving skills and strong written and oral communication skills are necessary. Individuals should also possess the ability to manage, develop and retain a team of tax professionals.
