Job Description:
Essential Functions of the Job: Directly interact with colleagues, customers, stakeholders, and others to identify needs and co-develop awareness and training solutions to support the audience’s business goals Creatively and proactively propose appropriate activities to eChannel colleagues to anticipate and meet knowledge needs and achieve measurable targets Project manage all aspects of deployment efforts; develop concepts, select appropriate media and formats, plan projects, write, edit, and manage design Participate in and/or lead global and Americas projects in support of the firm's eChannels marketing, communications, and learning directives Negotiate activities, timelines and approvals with stakeholders, constituents and colleagues Effectively communicate interdepartmental colleagues to ensure optimal leverage of successful ideas, actions, and processes Execute campaigns (including events, signage, collateral, visuals, and learning) to build awareness of eChannels scope of services Develop, coordinate, and/or facilitate end-user and/or train-the-trainer learning sessions around eChannels Build and maintain productive relationships with customers, national groups, and other deployment professionals to leverage, learn, and minimize redundancies Juggle competing priorities by effectively using proven management techniques such as delegating, conflict resolution.
