Director of Physical Medicine for 196 bed for profit facility. This candidate will oversee physical, occupational, and speech therapy departments as well as the outpatient Rehab and Fitness Zone, which includes aquatic therapy. Budgeting, Staffing, Evaluations, Policies and Procedures, Inservices, Staff Development, etc. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated Director of Physical Medicine who consistently seeks personal challenges and professional rewards. Qualifications: * Must be dedicated to exceeding quality standards and providing products and services of the highest caliber. * Prior management experience required. * Physical Therapist is desired, but Occupational Therapist with a proven record of leadership would be considered.
