This person is responsible for leading and directing the St. Paul Center regulatory group. In addition, this person will closely work with various regulatory groups around the world. Specific Responsibilities include: Manage and lead the St. Paul regulatory affairs group Execute operational plans in support of division's growth and operational plans. Assure effective cross-functional working relationships between the various global regulatory groups. Develop and implement functional operating plans to enhance global regulatory processes for medical devices and dental pharmaceuticals. Develop and fosters relationships with outside agencies and groups in order to be involved and cooperate with future direction of regulatory regulations. Qualifications Basic/Minimum Qualifications: BS Degree Must have a minimum of 5 years working in a regulated industry Proven track record of executing against plans Must have good teamwork skills and experience Preferred Qualifications: Has demonstrated the ability to develop, implement and improve business processes to improve effectiveness and efficiency Has demonstrated the ability to work and lead an organization in a cross functional environment. Is recognized for strong technical knowledge especially in a regulated environment.
