The selected candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in batch chemical manufacturing, demonstrating the ability to successfully lead a diverse group of production operators, supervisors and technical professionals in a 24-hour, 7-day-per-week operation. Requirements include 10+ years’ of hands-on experience in a batch specialty manufacturing environment; 5+ years' supervisor experience, demonstrating success in coordinating and implementing activities to ensure that production goals are met; strong leadership and team orientation; and exceptional organizational, analytical and execution skills.
