Perform and document weekly compliance reviews to assure procedural compliance. .4. Meet daily production plans to achieve 100% compliance to the Committed Build Plan/Customer Demand and proactively identify and resolve issues. Responsible for direct or indirect on-line inventory levels.5. Update Core 5 boards on a regular basis and ensure integrity of information.6. Manage overtime levels and monitor controllable expenses per the departmental budget.7. Conduct line meeting at a minimum of once a week to discuss progress to the Quality First Incentive Program, CBP, Quality Metrics and general communications.8. Drive and own Lean implementation in manufacturing. Manage and update lean tools and metrics.9. Plan, assign and direct work. Coordinate product flow. Ensure smooth shift transition .
