Job Description:
Retrieval of powder b. Formulation of liquid media c. PH meter and osmometer calibration, cleaning and maintenance d. BPC manifold preparation e. Small and large volume filling operations f. Aseptic technique g. Filter wetting and testing h. Setup and autoclave fill x weight filters i. Equipment and facility cleaning i.e.: walls, floors, windows, and ceilings, and setup. j. Prepare and steam-in-place BPC manifolds k. Clean and prepare containers for BPC filling l. Clean and Organize Production Warehouse and staging areas (Adhere to 5S standards) 3. Work with appropriate production personnel to complete production functions 4. Responsible for paperwork and completion of product control documents for lots being produced 5. Responsible for ensuring production procedures are up to date and followed at all times 6. Track production supplies and communicate needs, in a timely manner, to the appropriate lead person 7. Assist facilities engineering with repair and maintenance of production equipment as necessary 8.
