Job Description:
The Production Supervisor will oversee the manufacturing area and will be responsible for meeting the production requirements in satisfying customers, quality, safety, budget training, cleanliness, profitability of manufacturing and positively managing the people within their assigned responsibility. In addition, the Production Supervisor will support Field Service as needed.Areas of production responsibility as a minimum will include control valve repair, safety relief valve repair, automations, new valves and parts.Employee training and development will be a key factor in the success of this position.
