Execute and improve the WIP scheduling system to achieve On-Time-Delivery >95%. · mprove key sub-metrics such as line balance, cycle time, inventory, etc to achieve this goal. · Plan/manage production staffing to achieve output commitments and reduce labor cost/earned hour by 20%. · Drive non-productive labor rates to 15%. · Work with the Planning Team to define the production plan and mix. · Thorough knowledge of equipment capacity and labor models required. · Develop and execute a training/cross-training plan that provides contingency against work flow bubbles and employee time-off. · Provide leadership to cross-functional teams including maintenance and engineering. · Support / enhance teams' abilities to improve quality, supplier performance, and customer satisfaction. Continuous Development of teams.
