Job Description:
* Is responsible for collaborating with User Interface Design, Usability Testing, Product Managers and Product Development teams.
* To create a converged site for Travelocity and its regional brands from various locations around the globe.
* Expert knowledge of Interaction Design and Content Management Systems.
* To Work closely with Customer Experience Lead, Product Marketing and Product Development to develop the user interface that meet customer objectives and business goals
* To Create templates for managing content, navigational structures and labeling systems
* To Develop, when needed, personas, use case scenarios, flow diagrams, site maps, wireframes and functional specifications.
* To Work with the visual design team to translate wireframes into prototypes and complete visual mockups
* To Provide input for user research and usability test plans.
* To Work with the Product Development to help manage the transition from designs into functioning products through development, testing, and launch.
Job Requirements:
* 4+ years combined experience in Information Architecture, Interaction Design, Human Factors Engineering, Cognitive Science, and usability testing in the development of web sites and/or web-based applications.
* Ability to collaborate visually and facilitate the visual representation of concepts in a virtual work environment.
* Solid command of User Experience offerings across research and design.
* Knowledge of user behavior and site technical organization and operations.
* Strong sense of process and the ability to innovate on process tools and conventions.
* Ability to work collaboratively on multi-disciplinary teams.
* Experience in working on multiple projects.
* Excellent verbal and written skills.
