Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Lead implementation of website projects, including technical integration and design. - Track and report on the success of marketing programs through implementation of key metrics reporting. - Develop and implement strategy for ongoing data entry, validation, augmentation and enhancement of Eloqua's Target Accounts database in Salesforce.com. Includes evaluation and selection of various data suppliers and enhancement technologies. - Ensure accurate synchronization between Eloqua and Salesforce.com databases. - Work with Sales Operations Manager to ensure Salesforce.com meets the needs of the Marketing Dept. as well as the Sales Dept. - Work with Campaign Managers to help them segment and leverage the Marketing Database for greater campaign efficiency and effectiveness. - Develop and implement strategy for ongoing control, maintenance and enhancement of existing marketing database: process, standards, access control, documentation, etc. - Define business analytics and create dashboards and reports to measure all aspects of our business: database cleanliness, campaign effectiveness, pipeline contribution, overall business performance. - Provide leadership in defining, mapping and documenting key marketing processes. - Provide leadership in the use of Eloqua within Eloqua. Be a "power user" and go to person for the rest of the marketing team. - Best practices leadership in marketing database development and technology usage. - Define and drive the delivery of data and systems requirements to support the marketing team. - Represent the marketing team with other organizations especially sales- across the company. Work together to develop consistency in our operational programs across firm. - Make well-informed recommendations to the CMO regarding capitalizing on new opportunities, making course corrections and/or closing the gap between current performance and stated marketing objectives.
