Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement demand creation programs that drive sales pipeline growth and revenue for analytic software product lines. - Project management. - Identify prospects and grow prospect database. - Close liaison and coordination with local Sales Management. - Work in 5 person field/direct response marketing team, within 25-person strong marketing department. - Lead implementation of program plans working with Product Marketing, Product Management and Sales. - Project manage entire process of campaign design and execution working with the shared services facility (Creative Service, Database Marketing Services and Events) and colleagues across North America and Europe. - Capture, measure and analyze relevant data across marketing and sales processes to evaluate program effectiveness and ROI. - Other duties as assigned. Reports to: The Senior Manager, NA Direct Response Marketing. Requirements: - 4-6 years of field marketing/direct response marketing experience in B2B software and a proven track record of working across Marketing and Sales teams. - Experience with marketing to and through associations, as well as to the small to mid-size marketplace highly desired. - Thorough understanding of use of telemarketing, online and offline media, direct and database marketing and event marketing (both in person seminars and online). - Excellent planning and program management skills. - Ability to lead virtual team members in program team environment. - A "whatever it takes to get the job done" attitude. - An understanding of the needs of a sales force. - Attention to detail, execution and follow-through. - Excellent professional and interpersonal skills. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment are a must. - Ability to prepare and deliver presentations cross-functionally and to senior management within the organization. - Strong analytical skill set a must. Must be able to formulate analysis plans and gather, analyze, summarize and present large quantities of performance data. - Proven ability to plan and execute integrated marketing and third party events. - Willingness to travel.
