Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Partner with Field associates, WHQ associates and Divisional Marketing Manager to develop strategic marketing plan; lead the tactical execution of marketing and branding initiatives throughout assigned area. - Collaborate with Field and WHQ associates to communicate marketing plans and ensure proper office-level execution. Requirements: - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related area or the equivalent through a combination of education and work experience. - 3-5 years of marketing, strategic planning and/or related experience. - Experience in Brand Marketing Program implementation. - Experience with media, events, and promotions. - Experience working on local marketing efforts desired. - Staff management experience or equivalent supervisory project management experience in a fast paced agency or corporate environment desired. - Strong project management skills, resourceful and results oriented. - Balanced mix of strategic, tactical and creative skills. - Outstanding team player and relationship building. - Excellent ability to communicate clearly and concisely. - Ability to demonstrate leadership.
