Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Develop value propositions and key selling points that answer customer needs. - Manage end-to-end program/project implementation from program definition and planning to results measurement and reporting. - Analyze and report on program performance, response, ROI and make recommendations for future activities based on program results. - Work closely with inside/outside sales teams to provide direction and materials necessary for timely program response and follow up activities. - Develop and utilize a framework to effectively prioritize customer feedback. - Coach sales management on how to use customer feedback to increase share of wallet by addressing key pain points. - Drive participation of the sales team by showing value of customer insight and effective sharing of success stories and leveraging of best practices. - Proactively share information from customers with appropriate groups within firm including lessons learned, grow relationships and opportunities to increase revenue. - Translate customer requirements into specific tasks for all functional areas and proactively capture, track and drive all issues to closure. - Correctly represent the urgency of issues and escalate issues appropriately. - Analyze online survey, behavioral, and advertiser spending data, interpreting results, and presenting critical findings and recommendations. - Determine key drivers of customer satisfaction and spend, modeling customer behavior, and identifying areas for improvement in firm's business operations. Requirements: - A BA/BS degree required. - Experience with direct and online marketing tactics and technologies. - Experience in sales, sales ops, customer advocacy, customer experience, or loyalty programs. - Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. - Demonstrated capacity for developing and understanding marketing strategy. - Strong understanding of software development processes and B2B sales model. - Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate and persuade at all management levels and thrive in a cross-functional environment. - Ability to negotiate, influence and build credibility with sales organizations and customers at a senior level. - Ability to be a change agent with strong communication and analytical skills. - Excellent collaboration skills; able to build successful relationships; promote teamwork. - Proven track record in understanding and presenting data and success metrics.
