Responsibilities: - Work with our Executive Director to increase occupancy and revenue by implementing your proactive sales skills and marketing abilities. - Work to provide a positive physical and social environment for our residents. Requirements: - A Bachelor's degree in Business/Communications or related field preferred. - Sales- inside and outside experience preferred. - Marketing experience ideal. - Experience in a retirement, nursing home, or assisted living industry. - Sales database management experience preferred. - Organized team player with the ability to multi-task in a team environment. - Proven skills to work independently; be self motivated and goal-directed. - Excellent interpersonal skills. - Computer proficiency. - Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public. - Must meet all health requirements, including TB, and pass background checks. - Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
