The following full-time, hourly position is available at our new store: CUSTOMER SERVICE AREA SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervises and assists in scheduling Point of Sale and Customer Service Desk teams. Responsible for training and follow-up to ensure each Associate is working within Kohls policies and procedures. Leads by example, implementing Kohls Service Standards. Responsible for all Cash Office functions. Responsible for ensuring that credit standards are communicated and credit goals are achieved. Periodically participates in the Manager on Duty Program. Prior to store opening, responsible for all new Associate training and tracking. Facilitates orientation classes, monitors training and maintains files in accordance to HR guidelines. APPLY NOW! Comfortable walking or standing during entire shift. Able to lift 35 pounds on a frequent basis. Must be available Sunday-Saturday for 8-hour shifts anytime from 5:00am - 12:30am.
