Description: Your primary responsibilities will include managing a staff of Technical Support Representatives. Also, you will provide coaching and counseling to develop and train employees to exceed department standards for productivity and quality. In addition, you will oversee flows of primary call types dealing with IP Addresses for supported Operating Systems, DHCP Server Issues, RF Signal and Connectivity, and Client Side issues. Requirements: The successful candidate will be professional, career minded, highly motivated and customer friendly. Minimum requirements include two years supervisory experience in a fast-paced call center. Candidates are also required to have outstanding office software skills and demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following specialties: Network (RF Troubleshooting, E-Mail, DHCP Server, routers), Systems Hardware, Software, Operating Systems or New Technology. Knowledge of effective call center techniques and procedures and demonstrated capacity to interpret call statistics is also required. Strong oral and written communication skills are a must as is the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, nights, and weekends.
