The position requires a strong communicator with high quality customer service skills to manage the insurance accounts of their Latin American Business clients.The ideal candidate will have experience with developing solid relationships with clients in the insurance industry and have a positive, customer-focused attitude.Requirements:*B.S. or B.A. *Bilingual - English/Spanish with excellent verbal and written skills in both languages*3 plus years of experience in Account Management or Client Services*Experience in life or health insurance is ideal*Experience in dealing with clients directly*Excellent problem solving skills*Excellent organization and project management skills
