Relocation Available: YesDescription:This position will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategies for developing sales in emerging markets including medical, cosmeceutical, nutracosmetic for technologies derived from whey, flax, olive and others as appropriate.The primary responsibilities of the position will include:Generation of insight into market sectors from consumer and industry perspectiveManagement of projects to develop, analyze, commercialize and establish new technologies in the marketplaceAnalysis of competitor activity and strategy to help direct our response and strategyWork with R&D shape/expedite and prioritize development projects and prototype developmentNew product concept development and business case development for new productsPlanning and implementing new product launches from introduction to commercialization including training of sales teams and direct introduction to select customersWork with Marketing to develop support materials, build awareness campaigns and product (application) samplingWork with Manufacturing and Supply Chain to ensure supply of new productsManage development of documentation for seamless introduction of new technologiesProduct manager for products that fall within sector of responsibility including supply, quality, promotion and marketing plansDevelop and maintain contact with secondary customers' channel partners such as medical technology firms, cosmetic development firms, and marketers/innovators who primarily increase awareness and influence the purchase of products by our direct customers Required Skills: Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent; or two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Must have at least 5 years experience in nutritional ingredients experience with medical applications preferredMust have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams, make presentations and initiate contact with new prospects and business partners including top management, public groups, and/or boards of directorsThe company offers an excellent benefit and compensation program that includes medical, dental, disability, 401(k), vacation & personal days, and career advancement opportunities.
