Job Description:
Interface with customers, suppliers, and the internal team to assure design efforts are compliant with requirements and proceeding on schedule. Prepare documentation such as compliance matrix, system specifications, acceptance procedures, and maintenance manuals. Review designs for compliance with applicable specifications, help select components, and define of system interfaces. Participate in analysis to assure reliability, failure mode effects and critically, and safety requirements for airborne systems are achieved. Work with both mechanical and electronic systems.
Job Requirements:
7 Years and better in aerospace industry or similar. Interface with customers on requirements and needs, compliance and arrive at system specs. Understands the industry and design efforts leading to customer acceptance and buy-in. Requires Bachelor's degree at a minimum in a scientific industry, preferably Engineering with some technical writing helpful.
