Job Description:
Reporting to the Director of Forensic Audit, the Forensic Audit Manager is a leadership position within the Corporate Audit Group. The Forensic Audit Manager will conduct thorough investigations of fraud and financial abuse, both civil and criminal in nature, occurring within the company. Additionally, is responsible for preparing reports; communicate findings to management, human resources and legal, and recommending corrective action relating to internal control failures. The Forensic Auditor Manager may testify in hearings and criminal trials and liaison with law enforcement officials when necessary. The Forensic Audit Manager will also help with the development of fraud awareness training and analyze fraud trends and internal control failures uncovered during the investigate process. Key Objectives: - Carry out the vision and mission of Corporate Audit to improve controllership through implementation of a systematic and disciplined approach.- Promote a zero tolerance control environment where fraud or noncompliance is unacceptable and difficult to conceal.-Conduct internal investigations of alleged or suspected violations of law and corporate policies including theft, fraud, embezzlement, conflicts of interest, collusion, kickbacks and records falsification. Responsibilities: - Lead internal and external investigation teams and interface with many levels of the organization, including Senior Management.- Prepare clear, comprehensive and cohesive investigative reports on a timely manner- Communicate investigation findings to management, legal, human resources and recommend corrective action relating to internal control failures. - Prepare and provide fraud awareness\'s training to corporate auditors and the finance community- Manage external consultants on outsourced investigation, including monitoring budget versus actual hours incurred- Work independently on the planning and execution of the assigned case load Requirements Qualifications:- 4-6 years of audit experience with at least two years of forensic audit experience- Willing to travel at least 50%; international travel required.- CPA and/or CFE certification desired.- BA/BS in Accounting or Finance, MBA preferred.- Multiple language skills preferred. Management/Organization skills:- Detailed oriented and excellent communication, interviewing and writing skills- Understand evidence gathering and handling procedures- Ability to apply company policies and procedures in relation to complex investigations- Ability to manage multidisciplinary (IT, legal, HR) investigation teams
