Vice President/Account Director - Internet Marketing This person will have overall direct supervisory responsibility for a small team of Internet Marketing Account Managers. This person will also be hands-on, performing the same activities as the other staff on the team. The Internet Marketing team will not report directly to any account management team, but will support and work in conjunction with each team, taking direction from the teams and providing proactive recommendations. The direction received will include overall strategic goals and plans for each account, as well as budgets and timeframes. Within those parameters, this person will perform tasks, including the following. Website traffic, keyword, competitive, and search engine optimization (SEO) analysis (gathering and analyzing data and other metrics). External internet presence (e.g., blogs, topical sites, news sites, etc.) monitoring and analysis. Coordination of online execution and distribution of creative content (e.g., website copy, PR releases, etc.). Planning and execution of online paid advertising campaigns. Assistance in the creation of the online media component of client proposals.  The Internet Marketing team will be responsible for all analysis, planning, and execution of internet marketing strategies, including metrics gathering and analysis, plan formulation, organic search optimization, and online paid marketing execution.  an understanding of general and internet marketing a basic technical understanding of internet marketing technologies, such as blogs, web sites, social media sites, etc.) supervisory skills good organization and project management skills a can-do attitude a drive to succeed good interpersonal and team skills Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing or communications Concentration in technology At least two years experience working in the marketing or advertising discipline.
