The Director of Clinical Project Management will supervise and manage large global projects for Phase II and Phase III clinical trials. The incumbent should be able to manage large full service projects. Some specific responsibilities may include relationship management of assigned clients, recommend course of action regarding client management issues and implement plan, provide financial review and oversight for clients to meet company realization targets, ensure quality of deliverables. Director will also provide consultation regarding the drug development process and strategy. May serve as team member on operation or steering committees with strategic partners. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field - 12 years clinical research experience - 7 years project management experience and experience in a key CRO/Pharmaceutical operational function- Professional Project Management Accreditation- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Good problem solving skills- Demonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics- Strong influencing and negotiation skills- Good team leadership skills- Excellent customer service skills- Sound judgment and decision making skills- Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office applications.
