Nielsen IAG is currently seeking an Automotive Account Director to work as part of a team to manage and develop research partnerships with automotive clients. The incumbent will be responsible for delivering research findings in actionable form that will help clients to make marketing decisions. The Account Director will be available to clients and must be able to make strong presentations using data collected from Nielsen IAG's viewer panel that gathers data on the impact of advertising. Specific Duties include: Foster relationships with client contacts Work with team to manage multiple client accounts including regular contact and communications of research findings. Work with internal research team to provide clear deadlines and directions in order to meet client needs. Review and edit all reports and presentations before being sent to clients. Work as part of a team to create research solutions that serve clients needs. Job Qualifications: Understanding of the Automotive Industry 4+ years experience in Automotive Industry, Advertising, or Media Strong knowledge of marketing and advertising Management and leadership experience required Ability to anticipate client needs Experience with managing multiple projects in a deadline driven environment Expert communication and interpersonal skills Expert presentation skills Excellent project management and follow-up skills Strong quantitative skills. Ability to discuss quantitative data Ability to translate complex analysis into easy to understand language Expert knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong writing skills Effective organizational skills and ability to multi-task Close attention to detail Travel is required Undergraduate Degree Required, MBA Preferred
