Account Manager - eCRM Our client, a leading independent global interactive agency which has grown significantly in the 13 years they have been in business, is seeking an Account Manager for their NY office. They are been evolving a new model to help companies navigate the new media landscape. They specialize in helping clients build and differentiate their brands, acquire customers, and create new channels for communications and commerce. This position will ensure all client projects are delivered according to strategic, budgetary, and timely requirements, while meeting the company's quality control standards. You will work with directors and supervisors to develop budgets and ensure effective management of resources to meet on time, on strategy, on budget, quality deliverables. Required Skills: You must demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of interactive marketing disciplines (website development, eCRM, display media, paid search SEO, etc.) and how they may be utilized to deliver client's objectives. This position also requires: 3+ years of online advertising experience, eCRM, and website development management (new media experience is a plus); strong interest in all aspects of Interactive marketing programs is essential; strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work as a team player are essential; and a Bachelor's degree in related field.
