Closely monitors recruitment rates; works with recruitment manager and Principal Investigators on recruitment techniques and approaches to attain these goals. 3. Regularly monitors, tracks and reports on Quintiles study placement and progress. 4. Maintains a close working relationship and regular communications with the Quintiles relationship manager. 5. Provides assistance to investigators and research staff for submission of and follow up on research regulatory documents to the Institutional Review Board (IRB). 6. Maintains familiarity with all protocols in which personnel are engaged and is available as back-up support as necessary. 7. Coordinates with the Office of Contracts and Grants Management (OCGM) in proposal/protocol preparation, completion of study feasibility and cost analysis tool for the development of study budget. 8. Maintains and ensures completion of all required training programs for all study staff.
