Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES May serve as Lead Project Manager representing the CDM team on the corporate project team. Perform comprehensive Clinical Project Management tasks, including: Study start-up (development of protocols, CRFs, selection and management of sites and CROs), Study site monitoring, Study tracking (Regulatory documents, Grants/Payments, Enrolment, Clinical Supplies, Sample Shipment & Analyses), Management of communications between all trial parties, Budget negotiation, QC/Audit functions and Medical Writing. Assist in performance of comprehensive quality control procedures. Assist other team members in Training and developing clinical research expertise. Independently bring project solutions to the CDM team. Assist in developing and implementing new technology/information processes. Understand and comply with core operating procedures and working instructions. Perform other duties as directed by the Lead Data Manager, Functional Manager or Manager of Clinical Management. Meet objectives as assigned. Develop and Maintain good communications and working relationships with CDM team. May interact with Corporate Team and CDM team members to negotiate timelines and responsibilities.
